"I'm Mercedes, I studied fine arts and started tattooing in 2015. I learned to draw before I could talk and I never stopped, drawing was always a tool of expression and connection for me; a way of knowing the visible world and shaping the invisible. 

I do fine line tattoos and I specialize in botanical and animal tattoos. I believe that tattooing is an act of transformation and I feel that I am part of the story and the meaning that each person gives to their tattoo. 

I believe that the moment of tattooing has a lot of ritual and connection, and I consider the comfort of the people I tattoo essential, which is why it is so important to me that they feel respected, listened to and in a safe space.
